Campsite rules

1. Access to the campsite

To be admitted to the campsite, every guest must have the management's authorisation by presenting to the management a valid identity document or another equivalent document suitable for certifying their identity in accordance with the applicable regulations (Art. 109). We accept identity cards, passports, driving licences and firearms licences, provided they bear a photograph and an embossed stamp.

Guests are asked to check that the data entered is correct and to report any errors, changes, arrivals, departures and returns of people, animals or cars. A personal pass is issued, which must be shown on request to the staff responsible for checks (and returned on departure), together with a car pass, which must be displayed on the right-hand side of the windscreen.

The entry and presence of unauthorised persons on the campsite constitutes a violation of public safety regulations, Art. 614 of the Italian Criminal Code (trespass), Art. 633 of the Italian Criminal Code (unlawful entry onto land and into buildings), Art. 624 of the Italian Criminal Code (theft of services) and the offence of contractual fraud.

2. Access for minors

Minors must be accompanied and stay with their parents or other adults holding parental authorisation who are responsible for them. In this case, a proper letter of authorisation must be presented.

3. Choice of pitch

The place within the campsite, i.e. the pitch, is always allocated by the management, whose instructions guests must follow. Guests may not change their location on their own initiative. Guests are asked to contact reception if they wish to improve their stay at the campsite.

4. Occupancy per pitch

One camping unit and a maximum of four people from one family unit are permitted per pitch. A camping unit consists of a motorhome or a car with a caravan. Additional cars must be registered and are charged according to the current price list.

5. Vehicles and equipment on the pitch

All equipment, including vehicles, must be placed tidily within the pitch, bearing in mind that sufficient distance must be kept from neighbouring pitches to ensure passage, easy access to the service connections and an evacuation route in an emergency. Charging electric cars on the pitch is not permitted.

Tents and awning tents may not be set up – not even on the asphalt. No tarpaulins may be laid out on the lawns. Sun sails and awnings are permitted.

There must be a free space on every pitch for parking the vehicle correctly, so that escape routes are always kept clear. For reasons of hygiene, campers are obliged to keep their allocated pitch perfectly clean and tidy. Barbecues may only be used in such a way and under such weather conditions that they do not pose any danger or disturbance, and must always be placed exclusively on the paved part of the pitch (NOT on the lawn).

6. Check-out

Departure must take place by 11:00 am. If you leave after 11:00 am, an additional day will be charged, i.e. the daily rate for the pitch and the people, regardless of the time of arrival. If the pitch is booked, it is not possible to extend your stay beyond 11:00 am. In the event of early departure, up to 3 days will be charged.

7. Visitors

Visitors are admitted from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm and solely at the discretion of reception. Visitors may only enter the campsite after leaving a valid identity document at reception and receiving a “VISITOR PASS” from the staff in charge. A visit may last a maximum of 60 minutes. After this time, visitors must pay the daily camping fee.

Visitors' vehicles may not enter the campsite and must be parked in the unattended outdoor car park in front of reception. The campsite guest is obliged to ensure that their visitors hold the management's authorisation and is responsible for their behaviour on the campsite.

8. Pets

The presence of pets must be reported immediately on arrival. A maximum of 2 dogs per pitch is permitted. Pets must have a pet health record containing the vaccinations required by Italian law. Residents of Italy must have their dog microchipped.

Dogs must always be kept on a lead, including when being taken outside the campsite and on walks, in compliance with health and hygiene regulations and the applicable administrative law. Pets are not allowed in the pool area or in any communal areas (bar, shop, toilets, etc.). We charge €4.50 per day for each dog. Dog waste bags are provided free of charge.

9. Quiet hours

At all times it is forbidden to behave inappropriately, to play, to play games or to use devices that could disturb the guests of the campsite.

Quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am

The gate remains closed during these hours. Strict observance of these times is required for everyone's peace and quiet. During these hours it is not permitted to drive a motorhome/caravan or motorbike anywhere on the campsite (service vehicles are exempt), or to disturb the peace with noise or other sounds such as television, radio or other activities. Washing dishes, playing table tennis or making other noise is not permitted.

10. Sports, games and activities

Football, tamburello, boules or other disruptive games and activities are forbidden on the campsite. The use of roller skates is also forbidden.

Adults are responsible for the behaviour of their children, whose liveliness, upbringing and needs must not come at the expense of the peace, safety and hygiene of other guests.
