When you visit this website, the web server of our hosting provider automatically processes technical data transmitted by your browser: IP address, date and time of access, page visited, browser type and version, operating system and the previously visited page (referrer). This data is required to deliver the website, ensure its security and analyse errors. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log data is only stored for a limited period and is not combined with other data.
If you contact us via the enquiry form or by email, we process the data you provide in order to answer your enquiry and prepare an offer for you. This includes in particular: title, first and last name, email address, mobile phone number, address, postcode, town and country, travel dates, number of adults and children and the children's ages, information about dogs, vehicle type and vehicle dimensions, and your message.
The legal basis is the implementation of pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Enquiries are stored in the website database, sent to us by email and may be transferred to our booking and management system for processing. We store your data for as long as is necessary to process your enquiry and any booking, or as long as statutory retention obligations apply.
If you make a booking, as an accommodation provider we are legally obliged to report our guests' data to the competent authorities (Art. 109 TULPS). You can find more information in our campsite rules.

Our website contains simple links to our profiles on Facebook and Instagram (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) and to other websites, such as Live Merano Camping or südtirolmobil. These are plain links: no data is transmitted to these providers when you visit our website. Only when you click a link do the privacy provisions of the respective operator apply on their website.
